Newborn photography is one of the most cherished types of photography there is. Throughout your pregnancy you’ve been growing your own little miracle. Your baby will never be this little and new again. This is where those special memories begin. Those adored newborn features change so quickly, tiny toes, little curls, long eyelashes, with a newborn photo shoot you can capture all of those details and those precious early stages of your baby.

I prefer to photograph your baby within the first 5-14 days, ensuring your baby still has that beautiful newborn look, your baby will be more sleepy and flexible, enabling me to achieve those stunning newborn images, that can only be captured at this very early age …

My sessions are completely baby led and are tailored around the comfort of you and your little one, the safety and comfort of your baby is most important thing to me. Sessions are never rushed, making time for a feed, change or a cuddle with Mum if needed.

Sessions take place at my home studio. My studio is nice and warm and offers a very calm and relaxing environment. I have a large range of props and accessories, I aim to get a range of different images from the posed blanket shots to using various props and baskets. There is no need for you to provide anything for the session apart from extra nappies and feeds.

If you’d like to be in any of the images, please just let me know. Even though many new parents aren’t always feeling their best, I always encourage them to get at least one image with baby. After all, your new baby will never be so tiny in your arms again. And if you have any other children who you’d like included, they are welcome to come along too.
